* 1958, two daughters, lives on the edge of the Westerwald. He studied medicine and ethnology at the University of Cologne, practiced in various activities such as contract footballer or screenwriter, before he – after an interrupted circumnavigation – became active as a freelance editor and author.

His food for the soul: Studies at Naropa University in Boulder / Colorado, the first vision quest in 1997 in the Canyonlands in Utah and then several years of training at the School of Lost Borders (USA and Germany) as a vision quest guide and council facilitator. Lecturer at the Neuwied Waldorf School, process companion in rituals of transition, guidance and support in various non-formal learning projects.
